We don’t need a new runway at Gatwick – or Heathrow, or Stansted or anywhere else.
Gatwick Airport’s owners are spending huge publicity budgets trying to persuade us that a runway is needed, and Gatwick is ‘obviously’ the right place for it.
But expansion at Gatwick would be a disaster – in terms of climate change, noise, air pollution and community blight.
Please do come to the Protest Meeting on Saturday 22 November if you can.
It is important to get a big turnout to show the strength of feeling against new flightpaths and a new runway.
Green MEP Keith Taylor will be speaking about why it’s important to oppose any airport expansion.
