Caroline Lucas, prominent MP and Green Party co-leader, will be speaking at a Fundraising Dinner for East Surrey Green Party in Reigate on 2 March 2017.
Caroline is a passionate campaigner on the environment, social justice and human rights. She has been MP for Brighton Pavilion since 2010, and previously represented the South East of England at the European Parliament for eleven years. She sits on Parliament’s influential Environmental Audit Committee.
Caroline has won a host of awards, including being named Most Influential MP by the Political Studies Association and voted the UK’s most ethical politician three times by readers of the Observer. The Daily Telegraph described her as “the conscience of the Commons”.
Caroline is a lively and interesting speaker and we know that local supporters will enjoy meeting and hearing from her.
All members and supporters, and their families and friends, are warmly invited to the dinner, which will take place at the Reigate Manor Hotel, Reigate Hill, Reigate RH2 9PF on Thursday 2 March 2017 at 7 pm.
Tickets are £25 per person for good food (vegetarian and vegan options available, drinks not included). All proceeds will go to East Surrey Green Party.
